2 years ago I was recommended to Patriot Auto by a friend and have been very impressed with the work they have done for me, the people that work there are all very nice folks, and Todd the owner is just a awesome guy!!

I work at a car dealership so I can get discounts to do my work there. But I still choose to take my business to Todd and his guys because of the way I'm treated there, the work they perform is always top notch, and as I drive away I always feel like my vehicle couldn't have been in better hands.

I would recommend Patriot Auto anyone..

Next time your needing work done on your vehicle give them a shot, I promise you won't go anywhere else..

This shop is still fixing issues from another auto shop and they are thorough and will make sure it is right. I have been taking my vehicle here for a mere few months, near the end of summer I had issues with the shop I was using prior to Patriot. At every step Patriot Auto and every employee I encountered were helpful and kind. They stand behind their work and have gotten my car back into safe driving condition, as a vehicle should be. It took several visits and multiple things that were going wrong after the other shop left me with, but they patiently took my car back every time I called or it was sitting in their parking lot first thing when they got there. Lol. Thanks ya'll!! These are potentially people's lives and Patriot knows that and cares and will treat your car as such. Shout out to Patriot Auto, I will forever recommend you guys to anyone who is in need of car repair or just maintenance.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience with Patriot Auto Repair. Todd and his team have taken great care of me and my ol’ 03 Yukon that’s been giving me trouble for years. Other auto repair shops wouldn’t even touch it because they didn’t even know where to start. Todd and his time got my big ol’ girl up and running in no time and solved issues that no one else was able to. I will only be bringing my vehicles to them from now on. Could not recommend them enough!

My Chevy Tahoe had a oil leak, Todd and his crew got the repair done in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. I think I've finally found a good reliable repair shop!

Replaced the shifter cable a few weeks after we had the clutch replaced and did a really good job! Very nice working with them.

I brought my granddaughters Nissan Altima to this place and I am very happy with their service. I can only recommend anyone to bring their car there.

Had them change our oil and they found we needed sway bar bushings so we had them do that too. Todd runs a good shop. It was a fair price and was prompt as well. They give an inspection of what they found with pictures. I was impressed.

I’m AD and just moved to the area. Didn’t know of any mechanics so I found one close to base. I’m glad I did. This shop is amazing, they have been very helpful and upfront about my car issues. If you’re military and living on base or in the springs area, I 100% would recommend coming here.

My clutch went out on me one morning before work. Everywhere else was quoting ridiculously far out days/times to bring my car in. Patriot was able to receive my car that day and start on the repair process the next day. Super fast, super nice people!

The members in the office are so incredibly kind to me! And the support and maintenance provided was super awesome! Love their new system; you get a text message link that lists all the work you requested, provides you with additional work they recommend and you can approve/disapprove on each item! I was looking for a new mechanic for my car and brought it in for a check up. The owners and staff were very kind and helpful in determining various issues. I appreciate their expertise and insight.

I brought my car to Patriot due to them being a licensed repair shop for my after market warranty. Boy am I thankful that I did. I was dealing with another auto shop that was less than honorable in their dealings with me and Patriot stepped up to the plate and truly knocked it out of the park. They did what was necessary and did not add any additional services and charges they are honest and have integrity and helped me in a time where I was at my witts end with the auto repair facility I had used previously. I had an engine issue that was under warranty. I took it to Patriot Auto and they were awsome. They helped me as I dealt with the warranty company and were extremely honest and relaxed. They were all great people. They did the job great and I'd definitely go back for any other service.

Another fantastic job by this great crew. I dropped my car off the night before with engine coolant problems and they had it repaired with a new radiator within 6 hours the next day. This was amazing as this is my work vehicle and they understood my needs. I highly recommend Patriot auto to all my friends and family

Amazing Service as Usual

I have never been dissatisfied with Patriot Auto. High integrity, honest, trustworthy, and professional always.

I recently took my car to another "chain auto shop" to get a quick analysis on a charging/battery issue I was having. They informed me that it was my alternator and quoted an outragous amount to repair. I knew they were not correct as my car only has 40k miles.

I took my car to Patriot Auto and Todd confirmed it was not my alternator. He suspected it was my broken lock from an attempted break in that may have been causing a short circuit as this car is reported to have a faulty security system at times, but could not duplicate the charging issue.

Lock was replaced and so far I have not experienced any problems with the charging/battery/lock out issue.

I will always recommend Patriot Auto!!

Absolutely fantastic shop. They put great care into your vehicle, the staff is wonderful, they have so much pride for their men and women in uniform, and their lobby is perfectly set up for customers who need to hang out while they have your vehicle. I've been struggling to find a good shop here in the springs, and I'm so very happy I found Patriot Auto! I highly recommend them for any and all vehicle issues/maintenance you may have.

Found Patriot Auto Repair on a recommendation from a close friend several years ago who used to have his own garage. Ever wonder what it would be like to find an honest, excellent mechanic. We don't have to wonder anymore. Todd and Renee have taken care of all our cars now for 3 years, and we have never been disappointed. He even has our suburban with over 319,000 miles running in tip top shape. Doesn't hurt that they also love the principles on which this great country has been founded.

I also came to them by recommendation. Todd is a very honest easy going person. His wife is very nice as well. I was very impressed with the service I got today and I will definitely be making a return visit. Ladies if you are tired of mechanics lying and taking your money you need to come here. Todd served his country and they are good Christian folks. Fair prices. Shuttle available if you don't want to wait but they do have a comfortable waiting room with a big screen TV.

These guys are awesome. I was having intermittent issues with my wife's Infiniti and made an appointment for Wednesday. On The Monday before my appointment, it started again and I drove it straight to them while the issue was happening. They took it in two days before my appointment and had it fixed next day. David's customer service was great. Kept me in the loop on what they were finding and the costs before doing anything. Thanks guys. We'll definitely be back for any future issues.

This is the place you need to take your vehicle to. My truck had to be towed. I got it back in a week, running like a dream. No upsells, no BS. Clear description with reasoning for repairs and pricing provided before work being done. NO surprises. I am extremely happy with how I was treated and the work done. Took our Honda CRV in to the dealer for a brake flush and found out the hard way they didn't do the flush.

The brake caliper was sticking so I was able to get the caliper released but then the caliper wouldn't adjust out after replacing the master cylinder and attempting to bleed the brakes I wasn't getting fluid to the rear caliper and with the front brakes working I decided to take it to Patriot Auto down the street from my house, a proportioning valve later our Honda is stopping better than it has in years. Thanks for the awesome service and for getting the job done right the first time. Integrity, service before self and excellence in what they do. I'll be taking all the stuff I can't do myself to Patriot Auto. They rock.

Great prices and good work, have went to these guys multiple times. Last time I had my truck towed here from another shop because they were about 300 dollars cheaper. Also saved me another 1200 on a water pump that aspen wanted to fix but was working fine..

These guys are great. Todd repaired the heater core on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee Classic, and it has worked fantastically ever since. He has great prices, and is a very good mechanic. He and his assistant are some of the best mechanics in Colorado Springs. Be sure to ask about his wife's Camero when you see him!

These guys are awesome! Had some suspension work done on my truck and everything turned out great. Truck rides better and has a nice stance. The prices are reasonable and the service is top notch.

Hands down the best shop I have ever worked with, they done quite a bit of work on my Subaru over the past 2 years. They always do excellent work, great service, and the best prices. I now recommend them to everyone I know.

I have been working on my own cars for years. I enjoy it. I can no longer justify it. Patriot Auto has replaced me. The level of customer care combined with their knowledge sets them apart. Add to that reasonable prices. I change my own oil still. It’s a matter of pride. But every thing else. I go to Patriot. And I send anyone I care about there. In-laws use the competition....... SHHH

Had a crank no start but only when the car was hot. Todd and crew kept my car until they could reproduce the problem. Most places try one time and give it back. They finally got it to reproduce and FIXED IT. The point of auto repair is peace of mind and they provide it. You will not regret bringing your vehicle here!

I take both of my cars here for maintenance and some major fixes as well that the mechanics helped me diagnose. I've had struts replaced, brakes, rotors and regular LOF stuff done too. Every time I go in David is very helpful and informative, the waiting room is spotless and the prices are very comparable (usually lower) to other places I've gotten the same issues looked at. My beater and my nice car are both running smooth now! P.S. David is the man!

It seems like other shops I've been to try to charge you for everything and get as much as possible, but here they price low and combine jobs to cut back on labor costs. Probably the best auto repair experience I have ever had. the Patriot team hit on all cylinders. I my opinion, they were honest, helpful, insightful and did everything I wanted including providing top notch work. I left wanting to give them more business. To this extent, I have some highly specialized work desired on my other vehicle that is not necessarily in their wheel house. But I still talked to them about what portions they can do because I was so satisfied and trusting of the experience.

When we were in the process of moving back to Colorado Springs we had a vehicle failure and need emergency repairs. We received them from a large locally well-known auto repair facility. The work was fast efficient but very expensive. Just as expensive as the dealership would have been.

Fast forward to now. I was having issues with my pickup and took it to Patriot, a small repair shop with a gleaming reputation. I can tell you that reputation is well deserved. Diagnosis and repair were fast and the price was below the average range for this repair.

The biggest surprise was that it is now under warranty for 3 years and 36,000 miles nationwide.

Nobody wants to have a repair, but if you need one take it to Patriot and rest easy knowing that you will be treated honestly, politely, promptly, and fairly.
